Frequently Asked Questions

How Are the Photographs Produced?

Every photograph is an original Giclée! That's because everytime I receive an order, I review the image to see if anything can be done to improve and enhance the image. That way, every photograph is the best that I can possibly produce. You deserve no less! They are then printed on an Epson 2880 printer on Epson's archival semi-gloss paper. The paper is water/stain resistant and can be expected to last about seventy years. To fully appreciate the photograph, I suggest that you consider not covering it with any glass. The lack of reflection makes them so much more enjoyable"

How Are They Shipped?

The photographs are printed, signed and then given at least 24 hours to ensure that they are totally dry and ready to ship. They are then rolled and placed in a mailing tube. Shipping is included. If you want it shipped by expedited service, contact us and we'll let you know what the added cost would be.

Why do you prefer to supply unmatted and unframed photographs?

I feel that people, in general, prefer to mat and frame their art work themselves so that it is appropriate for the wall on which it will be displayed. If you have a real desire for a matted and framed photo, we will supply it in a simple "gallery" type black metal frame. We'll notify you of the necessary additional charges.

Can You Supply Larger (or Smaller) Photographs?

Many of my photographs can be printed larger than 12x16. The ultimate size available depends on the particular photo of interest. Some of the panoramas can be printed quite large since they can be a result of as many as six photographs "stitched" together. Of course, smaller 5x7, 8x10 or 11x14 photos can be supplied as well. Contact me to discuss what you have in mind.
