I use unusual techniques when possible to create more memorable photographs. Always looking
for an opportunity to capture unique images, I'll often use a small rain puddle to obtain a reflection
even if it means lying on the ground with the camera at the edge of the water. Sight of a rainbow
often results in a frantic race to find an appropriate setting to "place" it before it's gone. I often return
to a particular spot at different times and seasons looking for the uncommon rather than a "standard"
shot. I often pull my vehicle to a sudden stop because "I just saw a picture", resulting in images
that others often miss.

My award winning photographs hang in homes and offices across the country and have been
published in Durango Magazine, Durango Herald, The Durango Telegraph, Arts Perspective and
in the 2006 Animas Conservancy Calendar.

I have exhibited in many galleries and shows and have presented numerous seminars on photography
in the Four Corners area .
